A medical office building in Bensalem Township, Penn., has been acquired by real estate firm Montecito Medical.
The 27,500-square-foot building houses Alliance Cancer Specialists and a US Digestive Health practice, according to a Feb. 9 news release.
The property has four operating rooms and an ASC.
