Glenn C. Campbell, MD, an ophthalmologist with Advanced Vision Institute in Williamsburg, Va., will break ground on a single-specialty ophthalmology-driven ambulatory surgery center this summer.
The ASC will be the first in the district to focus solely on ophthalmic care.
