Ohio's Southwest General Health System Acquires Minority Stake in Big Creek Surgery Center

Southwest General Health System, based in Middleburg Heights, Ohio, has acquired a minority stake in Big Creek Surgery Center in Middleburg Heights, according to a Crain's Cleveland Business report.

 

The ambulatory surgery center is majority owned by physicians. It is a Foundation Surgery Affiliates facility.

 

The 18,700-square foot-ASC opened in 2006. It features four operating rooms, two procedure rooms and provides procedures in several specialties including orthopedics, spine, ENT, pain management and podiatry, according the surgery center's website.
