A new hospital/physician joint-venture ambulatory surgery center is coming to Columbus, Ohio, according to a Columbus Business First report.
OhioHealth Corp. and independent practice Hand and Microsurgery Associates will jointly operate the new outpatient surgical center, while Health Inventures will manage the facility. The ASC will occupy the first floor of a 47,000-square-foot medical building.
Procedures will primarily focus on hands, wrists and elbows.
The project is expected to open in April 2012.
This will be the fourth OhioHealth ASC managed by Health Inventures.
