Minnesota Eye Consultants have received approval from the Minnetonka Planning Commission for a new 31,000-square-foot project in Minnetonka, Minn., that will house the practice's ambulatory surgery center, ophthalmology clinic and offices, according to a StarTribune report.
The building will include a procedure room, 12 examination rooms and 18 treatment rooms.
Minnesota Eye Consultants has signed a 20-year lease and intends to move from its Plymouth location to the new building. Minnesota Eye has three other clinic locations.
