Private equity-backed Midwest Vision Partners has partnered with Michigan Eye Institute, marking its first expansion into Michigan.
Midwest Vision Partners, based in Chicago, has a network of more than 45 physicians at 25 practices. The Michigan Eye Institute partnership adds 12 providers and six clinical locations.
Michigan's Eye Institute's Dr. Gary Keoleian will join Midwest Vision Partners board of directors.
