Medical Facilities Corp. announced new board of directors' members.
Here are five things to know:
1. The elected directors were listed as nominees at MFC's 2016 Annual and Special Meeting of shareholders.
2. The newly elected directors include:
• David R. Bellaire
• Marilynne Day-Linton
• Stephen Dineley
• Irving R. Gerstein
• Dale Lawr
• Jeffrey Lozon
• John T. Perri
3. At a board meeting, MFC appointed independent director Marilynne Day-Linton as the board of directors' chair.
4. Newly elected CEO Britt Reynolds assumed his role on May 1. He has more than 28 years of experience in hospital and health services management.
5. MFC holds controlling interest in a California ASC as well as four specialty surgical hospitals in South Dakota, Arkansas and Oklahoma.
