Medical Facilities Corporation announced that a cash dividend payment of CDN $0.0917 per common share will be payable on May 15 to holders of record of common shares at the close of business on April 30, according to Stockhouse report.
The ex-dividend date for this distribution will be April 26.
Medical Facilities owns controlling interests in four specialty surgical hospitals, located in South Dakota and Oklahoma, as well as an ambulatory surgery center in California.
