Good Samaritan Hospital in Los Angeles is set to break ground on an $80 million expansion that will include development of a new outpatient surgery center in Los Angeles, according to a Los Angeles Downtown News report.
The expansion comes in the form of a new seven-story medical building that is scheduled to break ground on Oct. 6. In addition to the surgery center, the new Good Samaritan Medical Plaza will include physicians' offices and specialty medical clinics.
The surgical center will feature eight operating suites.
