Fort Myers, Fla.-based Lee Health is keeping pace with plans to open its $140 million health and wellness village, Lee Health Coconut Point, in July 2018, according to Naples News.

Here are four takeaways:

1. Located in Estero, Fla., Lee Health Coconut Point will include a surgery center and medical clinics on the second floor.
