Kaiser outpatient center evacuated after truck hits oxygen tanker — 4 insights

A Kaiser outpatient center in Santa Rosa, Calif., was evacuated July 18, after a truck collided withan oxygen tanker, NBC Bay Area reports.

1. Liquid oxygen spilled from the tanker as a result of the collision.
