Panama City-based Eye Center of North Florida reopened its full-service eye care clinic June 12, after conducting extensive Hurricane Michael-related repairs, the Panama City News Herald reports.
What you should know:
1. The practice's main office sustained heavy damage both inside and out during the hurricane, which struck in October 2018.
2. Clinicians resorted to using a temporary office with portable exam rooms to see patients while they repaired their main office.
3. Eye Center of North Florida has the only ophthalmology-only ASC in the area.
