Bridget Sundell, MD, board-certified ophthalmologist, and Fairview Range in Hibbing will break ground on a joint venture, multispecialty surgery center in Virginia, Minn., on Sept. 24, according to a HometownFOCUS.us report.
The Northwoods Surgery Center will offer ophthalmology, orthopedics, general surgery and ENT services.
Dr. Sundell and Fairview Range in Hibbing originally announced plans for the surgery center in May.
The new facility will be located near the Sundell Eye Clinic on Bailey's Lake.
