CRH Medical Corp. bought San Antonio, Texas-based Alamo, a GI anesthesia practice, according to Markets Insider.

3. For 2018, Alamo's estimated annual revenue is $1.8 million.
4. On the deal, CRH CEO Edward Wright said, "We are very pleased to have completed our sixth anesthesia acquisition of 2017. Alamo is an existing O'Regan customer and our second acquisition in Texas. We look forward to continue leveraging the strength of our O'Regan business to expand our anesthesia business further."
