Bloss Memorial Healthcare District, based in Atwater, Calif., has acquired the Central California Dental Surgicenter in Atwater, according to a Merced Sun-Star report.
Bloss previously owned two-third of the center, but spent $300,000 to acquire the remaining stake. Bloss bought out Lawrence Church, DDS, and his wife, according to the report.
The surgery center now accepts only pediatric patients ages two to eight years old. The center focuses on serving patients from low-income families.
