Baton Rouge (La.) General and Baton Rouge-based Vascular Specialty Center are opening Mid City (La.) Specialty Center, an ASC, The Advocate reports.
Here's what you should know:
1. The 12,000-square-foot center specializes in minimally invasive vascular procedures.
2. The center is on Baton Rouge General's Mid City campus.
3. BRG President and CEO Edgardo Tenreiro said, "The surgeons at Vascular Specialty Center have a strong track record in the community for delivering excellent quality and patient-centered care. We are excited about giving Baton Rouge residents the convenience of having same-day surgery procedures at Mid City."
