Three medical office buildings in Prosser, Wash., have been acquired for $8.5 million by Sila Realty Trust, the healthcare-focused investment trust said May 27.
The 20,630-square-foot portfolio is 100 percent leased to the Prosser Public Hospital District. It features a therapy and rehab clinic, family care clinic and women's health center.
