Here are seven things to know about Nobilis Health's new chief financial advisor Kenny Klein:
1. Mr. Klein will oversee the systematic oversight and management of key performance analytics as well as management of post-transaction integration of the all-important area of revenue cycle management.
2. The company said due to size and expansion, they are bifurcating the roles of the CFO.
3. Mr. Klein will take over the day-to-day CFO responsibilities.
4. Mr. Klein has served as Nobilis' Chief Accounting Officer since April 2015.
5. Previously, Mr. Klein served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Menninger Clinic, and he has over 26 years of experience in financial accounting & reporting, primarily in healthcare, construction and financial services.
6. Mr. Klein graduated with an MBA and Post Baccalaureate in counting from Texas Woman's University in Houston Texas and is a certified CPA.
7. Andy Chen, Nobilis' outgoing CFO, will assume revenue cycle and development responsibilities with the company as its executive vice president of finance.
