Charlotte, N.C.-based Pamlico Capital sold Physicians Endoscopy to Kelso & Company in a recapitalization transaction with management.

Sunnyside (Wash.) Community Hospital purchased Yakima (Wash.) Ambulatory Surgical Center.

Headquartered in Great Neck, N.Y., Northwell Health acquired a majority stake in Melville (N.Y.) Surgery Center.

After acquiring the Texas-based South Austin Surgery Center, St. David's HealthCare is going to invest more than $1 million into the facility to update it.

Illinois Bone and Joint Institute and Lake Cook Orthopedics officially announced details of their upcoming merger. The two independent practices will merge Oct. 1. Once complete the combined practices will feature 22 clinics and more than 100 physicians.
