Chicago-based DuPage Medical Group completed its acquisition of Midwest ENT Consultants, according to The Chicago Tribune.
Here are four key points:
1. DMG is the largest independent, multispecialty physician group in the Chicagoland area.
2. Through the acquisition, DMG will bring in eight board-certified specialists in otolaryngology, head and neck surgery including:
• Sandra Banas, MD
• Ryan Burgette, MD
• Joseph Donzelli, MD
• Christopher Hampson, MD
• Kevin Hulett, MD
• Scott Kaszuba, MD
• Jeffrey Ksiazek, MD
• Andrew Shogan, MD
3. Through the acquisition, DMG will also gain four physician assistants and seven audiologists.
