Four ASCs between $1.1 million and $3.2 million have been listed for sale in New Jersey, according to data from LoopNet accessed on Nov. 9.
The businesses are located in Bergen County, Atlantic County and Cliffside Park, N.J.
An ASC in Cliffside Park, N.J., is looking for a physician to buy 50% of the existing fully equipped, fully licensed ASC for $1.1 million. The facility has office space, exam rooms, two reception areas and is fully equipped with ASC supplies.
A 5,600-square-foot ASC with a long-term building lease in Bergen County, N.J., is selling for $2.5 million. The ASC is certified by The Joint Commission and has two operating rooms and three exam rooms. A plastic surgeon who currently uses the facility one day a week is aiming to maintain 20% ownership.
A CMS- and Joint Commission-certified ASC in Atlantic County, N.J., is selling for $3 million. The facility focuses on spine care and pain management and has four operating rooms.
An 8,000-square-footASC in Bergen County, N.J., that specializes in orthopedic and spine care is selling for $3.2 million. The center specializes in orthopedics, joint replacements, fusion and spine and has two operating rooms.
