Shields Health Care Group has sold a medical office building and ASC in Natick, Mass., for $24.9 million.
Shields partnered with Newmark Capital Markets to facilitate the sale, Benjamin Appel, Newmark's executive managing director, said Jan. 21.
The building was sold to Principal Real Estate Investors.
