Representing a $130 billion share each year, five groups that buy medical products for more than 4,000 hospitals and thousands of other healthcare facilities will use their purchasing power to urge companies to produce greener and safer products, according to a Washington Post report.
The group will announce a list of questions they would like all vendors to answer at an industry conference today.
