Cardinal Health has acquired Dik Drug Co., according to a MedCity News report.
Dik Drug is an Illinois-based regional drug wholesaler.
The deal is expected to close later this summer. The price of the acquisition was not disclosed.
Cardinal has acquired a number of regional drug distributors in the past several years, most recently purchasing Kinray in 2010.
