Ricky Ochoa, MD, is leaving his position as director of the Yuma (Ariz.) Regional Medical Center's outpatient clinic, according to Yuma Sun.
Here are five things to know:
1. Dr. Ochoa is pursuing a position at the Kaiser Permanente San Diego Medical Center.
2. In September 2014, he became the YRMC outpatient clinic director.
3. YRMC has not announced Dr. Ochoa's successor, who will start this month.
4. Dr. Ochoa will remain at the clinic until the end of June.
5. YRMC has 25 healthcare providers, comprised of 17 residents, four physicians and four nurse practitioners.
