The 43 companies Rep. Tom Price plans to divest after confirmation as HHS secretary and 3 he would keep

Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer, D-N.Y., called for an ethics probe of President-elect Donald Trump's HHS secretary nominee Rep. Tom Price, MD, R.-Ga., earlier this week. In a letter to HHS dated Jan. 11, Rep. Price sought to clarify his investments and plans to eliminate any conflicts of interest.

Rep. Price has investments in several companies; some he plans to divest while others he would retain limited partnership interest.

Here are the 43 companies Rep. Price that he'll divest his interest in if confirmed as HHS secretary:

Rep. Price also plans to retain interest in the physician practice Chattahoochee Associates, but would resign his post.
