Scott Deckelbaum, DO, is joining Weston, Fla.-based Riverchase Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery, effective March 19.
Here's what you should know.
1. Dr. Deckelbaum is a board-certified dermatologist.
2. After earning his doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., he completed family medicine residency at Albany (N.Y.) Medical Center and a dermatology residency at Pacific Hospital of Long Beach (Calif.). He also completed a Mohs Micrographic Surgery Fellowship at Tulsa (Okla.) Cancer Institute.
3. Dr. Deckelbaum is an American Osteopathic College of Dermatology fellow.
4. He said, "I am proud to join the Riverchase Dermatology family. I am committed to our practice mission statement of treating all of our patients with the highest quality care, as if they were family. I look forward to serving the Southeast Florida community."
