Charlotte and Buffalo, N.Y., often rank as some of the highest-earning cities for physician pay, according to Doximity's annual physician compensation reports.
Doximity surveyed more than 160,000 full-time U.S. physicians about their compensation and recorded the highest-earning cities for physician compensation in the last five years.
Here are the five cities where physicians have earned the most since 2018, followed by average compensation:
