Anthem asks judge for more time to win merger approval
Anthem is seeking a 60-day preliminary injunction from Vice Chancellor Travis Laster that would prevent Cigna from terminating the proposed merger. Two separate courts denied the Anthem-Cigna merger. Anthem is petitioning the U.S. Supreme Court to hear its case.

Anesthesiologists murdered in South Boston home, suspect opens fire on police
Police found Richard Field, MD, and Lina Bolanos, MD, dead in their Boston home May 6, after a shootout with the alleged suspect. Police said the physicians and the suspect had known each other, but police haven't defined their exact relationship.
