Nicole Gritton is the vice president of nursing and ASC operations at Laser Spine Institute, based at the organization's headquarters in Tampa, Fla. Ms. Gritton manages the nursing program and ASC operations across the organization's nationwide facilities.
She has also served as the OR RN team lead, director of nursing and interim vice president of ASC Operations and Quality at Laser Spine Institute. Prior to joining Laser Spine Institute, Ms. Gritton served as the CCU RN at the Mayo Clinic and the CVICU RN at Scottsdale (Ariz.) Healthcare.
She earned her bachelor's degree from Ball State University in Muncie, Ind. Ms. Gritton earned her nursing degree from Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Ind., and received her MSN and MBA in nursing and business at the University of Phoenix.
Ms. Gritton will be speaking at the 11th Annual Orthopedic, Spine and Pain Management-Driven ASC Conference held from June 13 to 15.
