ASC billing service Surgical Notes has announced that it will continue its partnership with CareerSpring, a job placement program, for a second year.
CareerSpring focuses on networking and job placement for first-generation college students, and its partnership with Surgical Note has helped to cultivate a workforce and place graduates in ASC-related roles.
"CareerSpring is a great source for bringing in young talent to our organization and giving them the benefit of working in a business environment," Surgical Notes President and CEO Randy Bishop said in a July 18 press release. "Future professionals get to use our leadership as mentors for career guidance and hopefully gain an advantage when the time comes to enter the workforce. Surgical Notes benefits by adding another talented team member who supports our ongoing efforts to better serve the needs of our clients."
