Precyse, Vermont HITEC partner for at-home medical coder program

Precyse, a provider of health information management performance solutions, and Vermont HITEC, a nonprofit education center, announced today that they are entering into a partnership for a program that trains candidates as at-home medical coders for Precyse, according to a VT Digger report.

The two organizations are now recruiting candidates for the first session of the medical coding education program. It is offered at no cost to applicants who reside in Vermont. This program is a collaborative effort and also involves the U.S. Department of Labor, Vermont Department of Labor and Vermont Agency of Commerce.
