Evansville, Ind.-based medical consulting and billing company Pollux Systems acquired competing billing and coding company, Bridgeport, Pa.-based Certified Physician Reimbursements, according to the Evansville Courier & Press.
The newly-formed company will be known as CPR. The acquisition and partnership will provide billing, coding, compliance technology and account services to medical practices.
Lisa Boyd, a certified medical reimbursement specialist, has been named the company's vice president of coding and compliance.
