Oregon is giving consumers until April 13 to submit responses about the most important aspects of the state's health insurance exchange, according to The Lund Report.
The exchange launched the survey to get constructive feedback from the public as it begins developing the "online marketplace" that people will use to purchase coverage starting in 2014. The exchange staff hopes the answers will help them determine how people search for insurance plans, tell the difference between separate plans and prioritize certain traits over others.
According to the report, specific questions will be asked "on a regular basis" to guide staff members in creating the exchange.
