National healthcare leaders gathered at the MedeAnalytics Fall 2012 Client Summit in Sonoma, Calif., to discuss current industry issues, such as managing collections, complying with government regulations and improving quality of care, according to Herald Online.
During the two-day summit, attendees listened to speakers, such as Frank Long and Gary Friestad of Adventist Health, share ideas for solving specific issues. Mr. Long and Mr. Friestad discussed how MedeAnalytics' Patient Access Intelligence solution helped improve upfront cash collections and reduce bad debt.
Other speakers included Patricia Puckett, senior compliance analyst for West Tennessee Healthcare; Mark Finch, MD, lead medical director of Blue Shield of California; and Julius Santiago, manager of business development and analytics for Shriners Hospital for Children.
