Greenville, N.C.-based Carolina East Family Medicine's physician office has abruptly closed, WITN reported June 25
According to the report, there was a notice left on the door that the physician is on leave and that patients should instead visit urgent care providers.
Former employees told WITN that they were terminated without prior notice.
