Complaints about auto and health insurance were the most common from consumers in the state of Massachusetts, according to an analysis of data from the Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation and a Boston Herald report.
The top five consumer complaints — auto insurance, health insurance, home improvement contracts, the "lemon law" and home insurance — accounted for 23,000 of 80,000 calls to the Office.
