Mitchell International today announced a series of educational videos on the topic of ICD-10, according to a MarketWatch release.
Each video focuses on a unique aspect of ICD-10's impact on the property and casualty claims industry, providing insight into issues such as the current state of insurer readiness, recommended testing and measurement criteria and the expected frequency of charges. The ICD-10 project will radically overhaul the diagnostic and procedural medical coding system mandated by the federal government starting Oct. 1, 2013.
The ICD-10 video series is designed to provide the insurance industry with claims technologies needed to succeed in the changing healthcare marketplace.
