The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services will host a National Provider Call on "ICD-10 Implementation Strategies for Physicians" on Aug. 3, 2011, according to an Advance Web report.
The call, which will take place from 1:00-3:00 p.m. ET, will feature CMS subject matter experts discussing ways physician offices can prepare for the change to ICD-10. The agenda includes an overview of ICD-10 requirements and resources, implementation strategies for physician offices, updates on coverage conversion activities, national ICD-10 implementation issues and other topics.
