The Atlanta-based American CyberSystems acquired Burnsville, Minn.-based CrossUSA, a company which offers healthcare-related services such as claims management, billing and enrollment.
CyberSystems, an information technology company with in the healthcare sector, will look to CrossUSA to provide outsourced IT services with workers based in rural US communities.
CrossUSA will retain its name and ACS will be its parent company, according to the terms of the acquisition.
