North American Partners in Anesthesia acquired ProCare Systems, a management services organization focused on chronic pain management.

1. ProCare will serve as NAPA's strategically focused center of excellence managing and growing chronic pain management practices throughout the United States.
2. NAPA currently manages 27 hospital and office-based chronic pain management locations.
3. ProCare currently provides services to three chronic pain management practices at 13 locations in Michigan.
