Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based MEDNAX has acquired Anesthesia Group of Onondaga, a Syracuse, New York-based physician group practice.
The acquisition marks MEDNAX’s first New York anesthesiology practice to join the American Anesthesiology Division, which now has 20 practices in nine states.
Anesthesia Group of Onondaga is made up of 20 anesthesiologists and 22 anesthetists who cover many subspecialties of care.
