CEP America's anesthesia practice is expanding with the addition of Lodi, Calif.-based Morpheus Anesthesia.
Here are four key notes:
1. Morpheus Anesthesia is a private practice of anesthesiologists providing care at Lodi Memorial Hospital as well as outpatient surgery centers in the region.
2. Fifteen physicians of MAI voted to join the CEP America, effective April 1.
3. Clinical services by MAI will cease on March 31.
4. CEP America is an independent physician-owned partnership offering a wide range of clinical, staffing and administrative expertise.
