Louisville, Ky.-based Bluegrass Pain Consultants' three offices reopened after abruptly closing June 12 following an FBI raid, Wave 3 reports.

1. BPC has three offices in Louisville and LaGrange, Ky.
2. Law enforcement officials wouldn't elaborate on what they were investigating.
3. Some local pharmacies will not fill prescriptions for clinic patients because of the investigation.
4. Wave 3 reporters returned to the clinic June 18, but were turned away. Christopher Nelson, MD, issued this statement, "For over 10 years we have been proud to provide exceptional patient care to our community. We look forward to continuing to serve our patients and are grateful for their continued trust."
5. Despite the investigation, the Kentucky Board of Medicine said all physicians at the clinic still have active medical licenses.
