The Florida Department of Health announced the Emergency Suspension Orders of 14 practitioners and one pharmacy in the state this week, according a WINK News report.
The majority of providers subject to an ESO had pled guilty to conspiracy to commit healthcare fraud. Others were suspended for drug-related charges. The ESOs immediately suspend the providers' licenses, as well as that of the pharmacy, to practice in the state.
