in2itive Business Solutions, a national revenue management and healthcare consulting firm, has announced the promotion of eight members of its team, including Cindy Hastings, who assumes the role of director of operations, according to a news release from in2itive.
Ms. Hastings was previously billing and collections manager for the company. She has more than 30 years of experience in the medical billing industry and now manages a team of more than 30 employees.
"I'm really excited about how quickly our business has grown and how we’ve been able to promote from within to keep up with our growth," said in2itive President Tracey Erbert, in the release. "As we continue to bring on more clients I expect to see more development from within our walls. Cindy isn't the only employee that I've been able to promote over the last six months, which I think shows how dedicated our employees are and how hard they work for our clients."
In addition to Ms. Hastings' promotion, in2itive also announced the promotion of Jennifer Findley and Ericca Vaca to senior division supervisors; Laura Ramirez, Bob Lathrop and Donna Haynes to division supervisors; Ginny Finocchio to quality coordinator; and Billie Reese-Turner to project coordinator.
