CMS will hold a Special Open Door Forum on Feb. 10 to discuss the proposed rule for the Hospital Inpatient Value-Based Purchasing Program, according to a post on the Healthcare Facilities Accreditation Program (HFAP) website.
The program is scheduled to go into effect Oct. 1, 2012 (for FY 2013).
The open door forum is intended to increase awareness and understanding of the proposed rule, according to the HFAP post.
