Surgeons performed the 1,000th total joint replacement at St. Cloud (Minn.) Surgical Center.

1. The center launched its outpatient joint program five years ago.
2. St. Cloud Surgical Center is partnered with Deerfield, Ill.-based Surgical Care Affiliates, a network of more than 210 surgical facilities and 7,500 physicians.
3. The center offers partial and total knee and hip replacement surgeries as well as shoulder replacements. The center has both the Navio Robotic System from Smith & Nephew and Stryker's MAKO robot for use during joint replacement procedures.
4. St. Cloud Surgical Center has 17 orthopedic surgeons on staff.
