Eye Health America acquired a Fort Myers, Fla.-based physician practice with an ASC, the company said Aug. 26.
The Eye Centers of Florida has 11 practices and an ASC with two operating rooms.
This acquisition marks EHA’s 19th partnership, with a portfolio of 75 physicians, 42 locations, seven ASCs and more than 900 employees.
