Olympus has selected Michael Woodford as president and CEO of the company to replace Tsuyoshi Kikukawa, who will become chairman of the company, according to a report from The Independent.
Mr. Woodford joined the medical and industrial equipment group KeyMed, a subsidiary of Olympus, and became managing director of the division. He has also served as the managing director of Olympus Medical Systems Europa.
